I use this dealer because I am very pleased with Jack Barber, the service writer. He is knowledgeable and very technically competent. He figures out the problems quickly and accurately and keeps me well informed on the progress of the work being done to my car. There closer BMW dealers to me but I go out of my way to use Silver Spring BMW because of the good service and because Barber is so competent.

BMW is a great product but Lonnie Overby is there best asset! Every promise that Lonnie made was kept and his ability to come through and manage every aspect of the deal made this purchase a trouble free experience. If you're looking for a car give Lonnie a call...he'll take fantastic care of you! By the way, the showroom is immaculate and the folks who work there are friendly and very accommodating.

I highly recommend BMW of Silver Spring for purchasing your next BMW. Not only are BMW's great cars to own but the service that the Company provides is excellent.
