BMW of Silver Spring is a great dealership! I have only good things to say about Rick Lopez and Michael Katzemburg. Initially, I came into the dealership in October to look at a 335 convertible. I was expecting the employees at this dealership to be stuffy and look down upon me because of my young age. It was a pleasant surprise to be treated with the utmost respect. Samantha was very friendly and informative. She didn't try to pressure us into buying, she answered all our questions, and she seemed to enjoy her work. A very pleasant experience, and I usually hate car dealerships.
Easy to talk and felt comfortable with the sales person, Steven Mueller. He showed us all the available cars and features. Drove arround and liked the 2012 BMW 528 Xi Turbo, negotiated the car price within 15 minutes without much hassle. The deal was much better than other area dealers. The delivery of the car was very prompt and Steve answered all our questions and concerns. Can buying a new car be a pleasurable experience? Before last week, I would have said no. In fact, after 40 years of buying cars (some new, some used) the best I hope for now is that the experience is benign. I arranged a test drive appointment at BMW of Silver Spring to evaluate a 2012 BMW 528i. Both the client advisor I worked with, Samantha (Sam) Cambridge, as well as the dealership's receptionist, provided a level of service befitting a highline automotive brand like BMW. This was the first car we've purchased since we bought our last BMW in 1988 (count'em 24 years) and were a little nervous since technology has changed so much. I don't normally write reviews, but my service was so exceptional with my sales person Conrad Connor that I decided to write a review. Mr. Connor provided OUTSTANDING customer service.
