First let me say that I thouroughly enjoyed working with Conrad Connor, my client advisor. Never have I had such an enjoyable car purchase experience. I should have bought all of my cars here!!! I was on the hunt for a demo-dealer driven 2011 535i xDrive. The price at Silver Spring was one of the lowest I've saw when doing my reseach. I found a car at BWM Silver Spring on BMW Certified Pre-Owned website, inquired, and was contacted almost immediately by Lonnie (Sales). In my opinion, Mr. Overby is a top rated saleman. He is a people's person and very knowledgable about the product. He sold me my first one in 2001 and departed from the dealership shortly afterward. I recently purchased a used non-certified BMW 3 series from a dealership in Maryland that didn’t offer certified BMW’s. That was my “BIG MISTAKE” they sold me a lemon.
