The professionalism from this dealership and Jacob in handling my whole buying experience was outstanding. I did not believe that this level of excellence existed anymore in the auto industry. I drove 230 miles to this dealership and it was certainly worth it. Buying all BMWs from this dealership in future.
I came in to buy a pre-owned car, which I LOVE by the way, and was immediately impressed with the staff of this dealership. Dave was my salesperson and he was awesome! I enjoyed the experienced and the complimentary BMW...better than the Enterprise ripped off version. Mr. Rubio and Mr. Joe Diss were two of the most helpful employees there. Ever since I bought my car at Tischer, I've taken it into their service center for anything I needed done. Joe Diss was my advisor from the start and Juan Rubio helped my into the BMW service loaners everytime I dropped my car off with Joe. I appreciate the service they provide. I was especially impressed by the follow-up call from Juan on a Monday. My experience on Saturday May 21,2 2011 at the BMW dealership was great. I had an appointment and I was late due to traffic at Andrews Airforce Base. Lonnie brought the 750 LI series inside the dealership since it was extremely hot outside. Came back several times in between his appointment to make sure I was ok. Offered us snakes/water. I was amazed at the service provided. I originally planned on just stopping by and checking out the inventory because I was on the fence whether to purchase another vehicle or not. Me and my wife were standing outside when Lonnie approached us. Freddy and I had a great experience in purchasing a CPO 5 series. I have to admit that when we came to the dealership, we just planned to test drive and compare the car to a nearby dealership. This is the second BMW that I have purchased from Tischer. I found their employees to be extremely professional and courteous. Mr. Lucas and Andy's knowledge shows years of experience and interest in their customers. Mr. Lucas was able to do exactly as he quoted over the telephone to me.
