I shopped on line first. I live in PA so I had several new/used BMWs I wanted to look at. everyone at the dealership was super friendly from the receptionist to the service folks. we spent the better part of the day at the dealership. we did not expect to go home with a car but that's what happened! Love my new X3. Kevin was fantastic to work with. Everything work out smoothly from the first email to the pick-up. Kevin picked me up from DC which is going above and beyond. I came all the way from WI to buy a car and that was due to Kevin's great service and personal attention.

I chose to give BMW of Silver Sprigs 5 out of 5 for everything because, Kevin was great to work with, he came out to the Silver Spring metro to pick me up, gave me a good price on the car, and the car was detailed beautifully. I give this dealership an A+.

Overall a great car buying experience. The main lobby is clean and bright, salespeople all seemed polite and ready to assist, but not pushy. Jacob was great through the whole process, very patient and willing to go through the buying experience step by step. Anthony was also excellent, very efficient and did not try to sell me on worthless add-ons to boost the price. This dealership obviously takes pride in its work.

We leased two BMW's from Manny in 2009 and 2010. Manny provided excellent service. The managers Mike & Rick went out of their way to make us feel at home while at the dealership. We're looking forward to leasing a 3 series BMW convertible this fall!

I highly recommend BMW of Silver Spring. I went there to buy a certified pre-owned 328i convertible. I did quite a bit of research online and picked out the car I wanted before I arrived. I also chekced the dealership's rating on dealerrater to get a sense of what to expect. Even with the wonderful reviews I read here, BMW of Silver Spring exceeded my expectations. Well, I have to say that I am so pleased with Tischer BMW of Silver Springs! I live on Long Island and I went to Tischer BMW in April 2010 to purchase a Certified Used 328 XDrive. The service I received was exceptional! Now, ONE YEAR LATER, I noticed that the clear coat on my front bumper was lifting. I brought my car into my local BMW dealer on Long Island for service. I purchased my first BMW last week and I was very pleased with the service. The enviornment was welcoming. I was given assistance immediately. The dealer was not pushy. The vehicle that I purchased was in great condition and my salesperson made me feel very comfortable. I would definately recommend this dealer to friends and family.
