By far the easiest car buying experience I have ever had. I had been looking all over for a 2008 335XI, and was very particular about the features that I wanted. Buying a car is a very stressful event especially when buying a high end vehicle like a BMW. I purchased a used 3 series BMW. I had a few minor issues and let my nerves get the best of me. Everyone was great, courteous, very efficient and professional. Work was done in a timely manner. Drove in on a busy Saturday morning and was impressed by how smoothly the staff worked. 'Michael Crawford' did a great job. I feel like I 'lucked' out by taking my BMW to this Silver Spring BMW. New to the area and missed my old dealership in South Florida.. who are also, excellent. Jacob provided excellent customer support. "No pressure" sales, Jacob was patient and worked closely with me to arrive at my purchase decision. Jacob kept me informed on the progress of my vehicle's production and informed me when it was ready. Attention to detail is important, and Jacob passed with flying colors!!
This was easily the best new car buying experience I have had (been buying cars since 1991). This dealership and Kevin in sales just made life easier for me. As some of you might know, buying a new BMW can be stressful - little or no price breaks, no big incentives like US cars, and an almost palpable expectation of 'paying a premium'. Michael was extremely professional throughout. Knowledgeble, polite and courteous. He listened to what I was looking for, and offered me valuable advice instead of trying to sell and get me out the door like a lot of other dealerships I've been to. I've experienced a lot of condescending, elitist salespeople before, but I got NONE of that from Michael. This was my first experience buying a car remotely. I found this BMW X5 on the BMW's US website. This vehicle fit my parameters, but was at Tischer BMW in Maryland.
