Overall one of the least stressful car purchases we've made. Our salesmen was very accommodating, and we were able to come to an agreement on price fairly quickly. The young women that helped with the title and tags was also very accommodating. We love our 750 Li...she's a real beauty!!
You have a very good Service Consultant in Michael Crawford. I called in to shop price on a brake service due to another dealer telling my brakes were paper thin. I have owned this vehicle since it was brand new and know to wait for the indicator. When I called, I could tell that the Service Department was jumping, usually on Saturday’s. We were in the research phase looking for a new car when we stopped by Tischer BMW of Silver Spring in December. Andy Alexis was provided as our sales person and we explained that we would not be purchasing a new vehicle until the March time frame. This was the best experience I have ever had buying a car. David Davila was thoroughly professional in his manner and offered good advice. There was no pressure at any point in the buying process. The price matched or beat the prices quoted elsewhere. The dealership complied with all of its commitments without any prompting or nagging on my part. The car was a special order and arrived almost exactly on the estimated delivery date.
Every person I have had contact with at Tischer has been courteous, informed and conveyed without directly saying so a feeling of caring for my well being and my total satisfaction. The workings of the car I bought was carefully explained to me and all the time I required to fully understand the point being explained was given. Each time I left Tischer I felt I had been treated like I was the most important person in the shop that day, week, etc. I own two BMWs and all my business will now go to Tischer. Thanks.
