Lonnie was fantastic. I would buy every car from him if possible. Highly recommend. He was very friendly and good to call me and let me know what was going on throughout the deal...even if there was not really any news to report. Overall I was very pleased with all aspects other than the amount ultimately given for my trade in. I understand this is out of Lonnie's control and likely the case at any dealership. When searching the internet for a used BMW 750 I stumbled on BMW of Silver Spring. I contacted them via email and I got a prompt and courteous reply from the used car manager. He answered all the questions I asked of him and even offered bring the car to my home for a test drive! I noticed a pervasive culture of courteous, honest and efficient service in this place. I've been to many BMW service centers in DC and other major areas. This dealer is one of the best. I recently worked with one of the new service advisors, Brian Smith, and he was great. Friendly, professional, and kept me updated. I brought my car in a few days before a major snow and ice storm and Brian granted my request to keep the car inside during the storm, which i was very appreciative of. I was able to find the exact car I was searching for, at a reasonable price. Kailash Joshi was great to work with, as he was professional, courteous and funny. Maryland was hit with a massive snow storm the day I was supposed to pick up my new car, and Kailash not only came in on his day off to finalize the sale, but called me the first thing in the morning to let me know that the dealership had lost power and would delay the sale. I loathe car dealer so much that my last two vehicle purchases bypassed the dealer all together. This time I had a few cars I was looking at and the only way to figure out which one to get was to drop by a dealer. What a great experience. Best we've ever had. No pressure. Very quick response to every inquiry & question. Worked to provide us with as many options as possible to get us in the car we wanted. Ended up choosing the European Dilivery option. So looking forward to drive the car. Will definitely get survicing done with BMW of Silver Spring if it's as good as the sales department. Very good experience unlike other dealers who never returned calls.
