Very pleasant experience. I drove from Philadelphia for one particular car. Lonnie was very helpful and responsive. There was not a lot of pressure to buy that you get from other dealers. They were very willing to work with me. I would recommend.
Lonnie and Anthony made the process of purchasing my BMW very easy. They were both very knowledgable about the car and financing options. Overall they made me very comfortable in making the decision to purchase my car at Tischer and I would recommend them to any of my friends.
This is the second time in two years I have visited this dealer. Back in 2009 I did not have that great of an experience here when shopping for a new or pre-owned 335 convertible. Lonnie, Rick, and Joanna did a great job handling my sales opportunity. Rick did a great job pricing and presenting the CPO inventory on their website.
