We visited several BMW dealerships in the Baltimore-Washington Metro area looking specifically for a Pre-Owned Certified 328xi with lower mileage and we were not having much success. We had visited several other BMW dealers in the Baltimore / Belair area looking specifically for a 325 CI. Each of the dealers were friendly, courteous and helpful. While thinking about which dealer we would buy from a family trip was planned to the Marine Corp museum at Quantico, Va. My experience with this dealership and Andy was the best I've had. Andy's hospitality, effort and appreciation for his customers is top notch. From the time I came in until the moment I had my keys in hand, I was treated with nothing but class. There were a few issues during the buying process but they were resolved quickly and I was driving off of the lot in no time. I will definitely be back!

Could not have had a better experience! I was searching for a 2008 535xi Sports Wagon, which are hard to find in the south. Tischer had one of only two within 500 miles from my house. I was hesitant to travel from SC to MD, since I had traveled to KY the week before only to have a bad experience. I expressed my concerns to Kevin and he told me I had nothing to worry about. This was easily one of the most refreshing and professional transactions I have ever had in buying a new car. No pressure, just honest answers to what we can and can't do to make it work for me. Kailaish is a true gentlman. The mileasge with the clean diesel is just an added bonus to driving a fun vehicle that is good for the environment.
