He did very professional job and quite straightforward. I like the work style. As you may assume what is going on the price negotiation. I believe I got an average discount, was not so great and not too bad. It is understandable and I was intending to do so. Other than that, I fully satisfied with his work and BMW testing drive which demonstrated the superiority of the car among common luxury vehicles. Thank you for the opportunity.

I found the certified BMW I wanted on line at a good price, we talked, I flew in and the financing I had fell through even though we had talked it through on the phone. Ms. McCarthy arranged financing through BMW at three percentage points less than the one I had. Mr. Overby stood by me through every step of the way, and the manager even reduced the price on the car, and the extended warranty, for my troubles. Jack was very friendly, courteous and very helpful and full of information. Also advised the advantages of extending the warranty. Also introduced me to CCA membership which i was unaware of. I will likely recommend Tischer BMW of Silver Spring to everyone.

the process of purchasing at tischer bmw is great! i saw the vehicle i wanted online and contacted Rick Lopez. His demeanor over the phone was fantastic and he made sure that I was fully informed about the vehicle I intended to purchase-even going so far as to send me some of the detailed vehicle history information as well as a copy of the work done on the vehicle at the dealership. mike and chris take very good care of us and make the car purchasing procxeedure as expedited and painless as absolutely possible. they bend over backward to make purchase and delivery of the vehicle extremely easy and convenient...it's actually a 'fun' experience that we can look forward to...we feel as if we've known them forever ;)
