Professional, friendly, well kept dealership with focus on service. Pleasant experience overall. Car selection good and management style nice. Best dealership I had been to in VA and MD. Glad I found the dealer. Only problem is location is quite far from DC.
Kailash was up front regarding pricing and very responsive to calls and emails. He provides the type of service that many other dealerships simply will not. On 6/19/10, I went in for a scheduled service visit and Kevin Hull explained the particulars of the work that would be done to my vehicle. He was patient and informative. A true professional. Rick Lopez provided me with a vehicle so that I wouldn't have to stay at the dealership for hours. This dealership makes the process worry free.

Needed to transition out of my Lexus lease in a week and contacted Tischer BMW about a loaner 328 coupe that I saw online. Kevin Hemmis responded to my email inquiry the same day I submitted and did everything necessary to insure that the deal I needed got done. I love this dealership. This is my second BMW car buying from them. They first introduced me to the BMW car class and customer experience and I cant imagine driving another car. On 05/31/10, I purchased a 2010 BMW X3 from Tischer BMW and I think I got a good overall Price for the value of the car. Andy Alexis the Client Adviser gave me a fantastic customer service.
