"Best Car Buying Experience" Went in to look at a used car and had the best experience throughout the entire process. Kan Zhou was extremely helpful from start to finish. He kept constant communication, continuously keeping me up to date on things. A big thank you to Kan for not only taking care of me, but also the car in making sure it was in top shape. I highly recommend if you're looking to buy a car from BMW of Silver Spring to ask for Kan. Hands down the best car buying experience I've ever had.

"Overall a good car buying experience" Eric was very good to work with. He answered all of my questions thoroughly. For example I asked about tread depth. He pulled up on the internet what good depth should be, got a depth gauge and we measured the depth of each tire. He was accommodating and allowed us to test drive the vehicle without him in the car. "BMW of Silver Spring" Purchased my first BMW from BMW of SS and had a great experience. Gen Awanohara, my salesperson, took a lot of time to find me the car I wanted and for the price within my budget. I literally looked at every local dealership in MD and VA (appx 10 total) and Gen was the only one that went the extra mile. I highly recommend.

"Excellent Customer Service from Harold Shelby and JC Thomas" Harold Shelby gave excellent customer service!
