"expensive but thorough" The phone experience before I arrived was awful as I called three times and twice was told I would get a call back and didn't. Once I got there the service was good even though silly expensive. Service on site is your strong point.

"X5 tires" I needed one maybe two tires is to a puncture and wear at 216000 miles on the odometer. Derek Thomas was my adviser and did a great job. He lead me through the options and helped me choose the right one. Derek is the best service advisor at BMW of Sarasota.

"Left turn signal bulb replacement" Maria Lazardi is a rock star!! Had morning apps and needed to get car in an out in less that 90 minutes and she made it happen! She confirmed with Service dept prior to me binging the car in and gave me constant updates as I waited. Car was completed on time (actually faster than promised, only 75 minutes) and work was great. Maria is an major asset for Sarasota BMW!

"Great car, great experience" Susan Gatlin was just what I look for in a car salesman. Honest, responsive, and patient. Felt no pressure yet very responsive. Tough balance to achieve. Finance and delivery also made this a smooth transaction.

"Gearbox jerky" 2017 X3 had a jerky gearbox issue. Had a test drive and of course could not duplicate the symptom. Was advised that a software adjustment was necessary.
