"Interior Repairs. " I was in and out in an hour on an estimated 1 1/2 -2 hour repair. I couldn't be more pleased with the way the interior looks showroom new. Gregg coordinated the repair,Valentina handled the paperwork with a smile. The personal touch was something you don't expect at a car dealership, it goes a long way in keeping the customer happy. "A simple oil change tool 2 hours." Jorge the service individual was very helpful. He did a great job of explaining what the service entailed. My only disappointment was the 2 hours it took to change the oil. It would have been fine if this was explained to me over the phone when I made the appointment. Then I could have planned my day better.

"Good deal with no gimmicks" The salesman Jonatan and the sales manager Jerry negotiated with me through the phone and the deal was virtually done when I came in to sign. I traveled two hour to buy this car. It is a great car for the price and a good experience all together. Tammy made the financing painless with a great rate for a used car.

"Helped Me Out in a Jam" I actually was on my way back to my primary house in Pennsylvania when I got a flat tire. I called BMW for a tow and was towed to the Sarasota dealership. It was already late in the day but everyone there went out of their way to help me get back on the road that evening! From John at reception to Judy who was my Service Advisor, they were all so nice and pleasant to deal with. I sincerely appreciate their help getting me all fixed up and home on time.

"Run Flats" My service was great once I got in touch with Maria. Although it took quite some time to actually get to speak to someone who knew what they were doing everything went smoothly. Maria was diligent followed up with me and gave me the information I needed to make a decision on the repairs very quickly.

"Service was very good." I have a major complaint about how my Z3 was treated. There are scuff marks on the rear number and right front fender. The paint has been scratched off in both places, and I expect BMW of Sarasota to make the necessary cosmetic repairs.

"Always great service " Jorge Mere at the service department is new to the team at BMW Sarasota; however he goes over and beyond the call of duty. Very attentive, professional and pleasant to deals with. And so is Sonia... when I call the service Dept for any reason, she is always eager to help out and make sure I get the right answers. She’s even once solved my problem with the alarm on the phone without the need to bring the car to the dealership. Terrific lady
