"Awesome service. top notch care to my vehicle and me. :)" Who helped me the most was Valentina and Fernando Santori! Always friendly and very knowledgable! They quickly identified the core issue with my tire and recommended the best repair. I asked questions about the service and they explained it in full details that make perfect sense and always in a friendly way. Am happy and my car drives like new again.

"Customer interface" The customer interface was minimal, I never met the service person or was spoken with after checking in. The check in was timely and complete, however, everyone else seemed to have a visit from their service person except me. The actual service was done properly and very satisfied with that.

"Scheduled maintenance with oil change." All aspects of this appointment were handled in a very professional manner. Each person I met and dealt with was friendly and courteous. "Awesome service center" Carlos and his team went above and beyond for me. I encountered a mysterious engine problem on my 2019 m4. I called them at 1:30, had and appointment at 2:00. I expressed to Carlos I was from Miami and was due to leave around 5:30 due to work obligations, Carlos said he would do everything to get me back on the road. He delivered.
