"Carlos was and always is helpful!" I was informed of all the things on my car that needed attention. I was also given a clear picture of what work needed to be completed first, second,(etc) to keep my car running great. Carlos is very pleasant and he is also a good communicator.

"Good experience just took a little longer than expected" Just went in for my 10000 mile service. Was a little disappointed to learn that tire rotation was not part of this. BMW makes a big deal out out of the long term maintenance part of their service which is part of the reason for my purchase but not as gray a deal as the sales pitch.
