"Oil change " Service was efficient. I appreciated Jesdica’s explanation of the mechanic’s recommendation. tire tread report is a nice feature . BMW offers customers a comfortable waiting area.

"No hidden surprises " Valentina was great to work with. I was given a loaner which i didn’t expect. I wasn’t pleased with the older greeter gent. I was next but because my Cooper battery died when I turned it off he ignored me! Other than him everything was great!!!!
