"Great experience buying 2 cars" We researched turning in a BMW leased X3 and spent 3 weeks looking at new car options. The dealership folks were helpful and patient and let us look at a variety of lease and purchase options. In the end we bought a car we hadn't looked at until that day. It was a Saturday and they stayed past closing so we could complete the deal and drive out with that car and a second one we bought after trading in a second car in an unplanned transaction. "Carlos was great!" Carlos Munoz is my Service Advisor and was a great help is getting my extended warranty folks to pay for most of my repair. I brought the car in for an oil and cabin filter change and it was discovered that I had a valve cover gasket leak as well as an oil pan gasket leak. I got him the info on the extended warranty and the bottom line was that the final cost to me was 1/3 of the total. Great job Carlos and great job by the techs.

"Replacement of intake tube" Auto was repaired in less than one day. Came back washed and vacuumed. Derek is very friendly and experienced. I like that he gives updates via text messaging so I can plan when to pick up my vehicle.
