"Excellent customer service " Valintina went out of her way to make my experience top drawer! From the beginning she presonalized my time at the dealership. I felt like I was her only customer.

"Engine warning light" We arrived mid-afternoon without an appointment and an "engine" warning light that can mean many different kinds of problems. Derek Thomas had it checked out--the problem had self-corrected and we were on our way in less than an hour! Hurray for BMW and hurray for Derek.

"Check engine light . . . " My check engine light went on. I was able to make an appointment for the next morning. I was told it would take an hour and a half to two hours to get diagnostic results. Not sure why it takes this long but got the results in an hour and a half. A temperature sensor was not functioning and was replaced in another hour and a half. The service staff were very friendly and kept me updated. No surprises, they did exactly what they promised. Would give 5 stars but just can't understand why it takes an ... read more

"In for a recall and a minor service" I was very impressed that BMW of Sarasota proactively called me to schedule my PCV Valve recall service. They also gave me a rental car. My Service Overdue light was on and they we're able to fix that issue too - brake flush and fluids. I was very pleased with Derek, as always.
