"They listen " We bought our 2018 BMW at a different dealership. We had an issue with drivers side headlight and other dealership said it was “normal”. We knew it wasn’t so we made service appointment with Sarasota BMW and they listened to what we said looked at headlight and said it wasn’t normal and promptly ordered new headlight and installed it yesterday. "Personal service" Jonathan Pekar did an excellent job making sure we picked the right car for our needs and wants. In my opinion he went above and beyond to make sure everything was just right. We traded in our E350 Mercedes for a 530i. He even brought up different colored vehicles so we could compare. And by the way he made sure they were just washed! The whole buying process worked well and for me to state that is very unusual. Highly recommend this dealership and Jon Pekar especially. Greg
