"Trade in and purchase" Everyone was polite and attentive. They seemed to value our relationship with the dealership. Responsiveness to our needs on price was fine. Inventory of 330’s was a bit thin so we settled for a car not exactly with the extras we were hoping for.

I suggest small jobs like fixing a tire air leak should be handled by ancillary staff so that the heavy weight can focus on the difficult and complicated ones. But I waited. "2 recall issues" This is my first visit to BMW of Sarasota and I was very impressed. They were going to give me a loaner/rental on a zero cost to me fix. They had my car finished sooner than originally thought which was very helpful to me.
