"Abby was great! Five Star Service and Super Friendly!" Abby is a fantastic Client Advisor and certainly an asset to BMW of Sarasota. We knew exactly what we wanted- a new 2019 X5 MSport. "trouble shooting electric window" The window (up and down) operated erratically on one occasion. I received an appointment quickly at my convenience. Arrived early and was out in less than 2 hours including the time for a car wash. Diagnosis done and reset performed quickly. Left happy

In my opinion he is a top achiever, very customer oriented and get things done on time.
