"328i maintenance" My 2010 328i needed new rear tires. Carlos was able to accommodate my schedule, and arranged for Derick to help me. Since we had to order the tires, I was able to get them replaced on a Saturday, and Lewis was able to keep me informed so I could go to breakfast with my family while they did the change. Incredibly, I could tell the difference right away. It is so nice to have a nice waiting area, friendly staff, and great service; it makes my maintenance visits worth the time.

"Easy, pleasant and faster than week days" I liked coming in on Sunday. It was quiet. I missed the cookies - laugh. But it was very easy and pleasant. I think I've said everything. I don't have more to say.

"dog friendly " great place. was able to bring our dog in as car was being checked in. was able to reach Derek via text message and that was way better than voice mails, etc. service was done at time expected and price was as quoted.

"Great customer service " Everyone was helpful and friendly. The waiting area was very comfortable and fully stocked. I cant rank price because my car was under warranty. There was one blonde tall I forgot her name she was the one who checked me in she wasnt super friendly like everyone else, but I would recommend this bmw dealership.

"AWESOME" This is my first BMW and using the Sarasota location. My boyfriend uses this location and as always they never fail. We deal with Fernando and he is the best of the best. I will never use another location. They have the best customer service and tech there and always answer our questions and give the best advice. Perfect Service
