"Wheel bearing replacement " Repair took a few hours and I was offered three good alternatives for the wait. Judy Owen’s follow up was great. Car was sparkling clean when returned.

"Great experience." Being 1000 miles away from home and having car problems can be a bit nerve racking. Fortunately, we were diagnosed quickly and got the car back fast. BMW paid for our rental. "Pleasant service" My 2017 X3, was serviced for an oil change. However, upon arriving home, my car dash display, showed that the next service was not reset. It required that I call Seth to send someone to my home to perform the necessary action ( I did not know how to do this myself). It was done correctly and I thanked the technician for coming, saving me the drive to your facility. Thank you.

"Fantastic Service...even after 5pm on a Friday!!" Powertrain went into limp mode on I75 - pulled into the service drive and was promptly greeted. It took less than 10 minutes to get me checked in, in a rental and on my way! Valentina was super friendly without being unprofessional, and stayed in contact with me throughout the weekend. My car was repaired & cleaned in 72hrs...Bravo!
