"Professional service" Professional service. dI did have difficulty calling in for a service appointment. I called from 8:30 to 10 AM - at least 5 different times, and the phone was not answered. No person, no automated answering service, nothing. I waited and called back around 11 AM and was able to get through.

"Bought a 2019 X3" Had been looking for an X3 for several months and had communicated with 3 other BMW dealers during that time.
