"AC mystery solved!" My AC system started behaving strangely - fans working sometimes and others not etc.. Tech quickly determined there was a bulletin about the problems and a software update was needed. Problem appears to have been quickly resolved.

"scheduled service" excellent service, answered all questions. I was asked many times while waiting in the lounge if I was being taken care of. Everyone was friendly and inquired if I needed or wanted a drink or snack.

"Excellence" Everything was perfect. Loved the teddy bear in bmw sweater left in my car. Not all dealerships do that. It's the little touches of customer service that make a difference. Friendly overall attitude! Kids were treated so great in the lounge area waiting.

"You Did What You Could! Thank You for your Help!" I live in Miami, I had my Mini serviced before a trip. I made it to a sarasota exit, when I realized my care was smoking very badly and having problems running ..... You all cleaned up around everything and ordered a new oil cap which Miami dealer forgot to put back on the car. However the other dealer in miami would not let you finish cleaning it up correctly to remove all the oil .....
