"Expectations exceeded!" Not too much to say... I took the car in with a problem, the problem was fixed, quickly, professionally, and I was on my way. I went in with high expectations and they were exceeded.
"Outstanding customer service" Sarasota BMW is by far has the best customer service I have found in 25 years of ownership! The service manager Fernando Santori runs a great department and has gone above and beyond himself to make things seamless. They are even open on Sundays!

"Best so far" Went in to get my car checked out because it was making a noise. Service was quick! I was missing 3 lug nuts. They took good care of me. I've own 3 BMW, from 3 different dealers. BMW of Sarasota is the best. Good job

"Excellent Service" I contacted BMWof Sarasota about a used vehicle I had recently viewed on Cars,com. Tatiana returned my call promptly, and provided me additional information on the vehicle. Over the course of the next week, Tatiana and Lisa kept in contact with me, and answered any questions I had.
