"Emergency door/gas cap locking issue." Door actuators (2) malfunctioned leaving us with no door access and manual re;ease of gas paanel. Repairs were completed as quickly as possible and professionally. How is it that the two employees most responsive are not listed below.. For me, they were the face of the dealership.

"You can’t find better service anywhere else!" The people who work at this BMW dealership are the most professional people I have ever dealt with,with any car I have ever owned. The building is immaculate, and the experience they provide in the waiting room is superior. I bought my car in NY and that dealership can’t hold a candle to this one.

"Efficient and friendly" Everyone was extremely professional and very friendly. I was informed very clearly as to how long the service would take and when something unexpected showed up, I was given a rental car (no charge). Everything proceeded quickly and efficiently. The same occurred the next day when I returned the rental and picked up my car.... the whole process took about 10 minutes.
