"Exceptional Service" This was my first visit to Sarasota BMW and Carlos made the entire visit very easy. From explaining the wait while they diagnosed the problem to nailing down the issue. Plus he went above and beyond and got all 6 cylinders replaced instead of just the bad one. I appreciate all he did for me. Cheryl Holtham

"Another great experience at BMW Sarasota" The console info screen on my 2014 320i went out suddenly, so I booked an appointment. I was assigned Judy Owens, who is relatively new with the dealership, as my service advisor. She is friendly, detailed and efficient!! Knowing the issue might require time to diagnose, Judy promptly got me into a loaner car and had me on my way. By late afternoon, the issue had been identified and corrected. "Once again Fernando was a god-send." Fernando is a true gift from heaven. He helped me with the problem that I had with my check engine light being on. I brought the car into the shop without an appointment and within 30 minutes; I was out the door with a loaner and a promise that he would call as soon as possible. He call later that evening and told me what was wrong and how much it would cost and how long it would take. "Exceptional service advisor" Fernando is the #1 Service Advisor of all times. He's always there to assist me with any problems my vehicle might be having. He's attentive and very helpful. Anytime I have to take my X5 in to get checked he gets me in and out very quickly. Always take care of me and puts me in loaner car. I appreciate everything he does for me. He's very knowledgeable at his job. I'm more than satisfied with his customer service. He's EXCEPTIONAL!!

"Seth was terrific." Great service. And I think it is ridiculous that there is a 25 word minimum for this review. But since you ask....my wedding ring fell between the driver seat and into the airconditiong vent hole. They had to remove the seat to get it, at a cost of approx. $175. I was told that this is not an uncommon event. Then why doesn't BMW but some sort of screen on the holes? I wasn't happy about having to pay that fee.
"A home away from home" At BMW of Sarasota they treat you like a family member. Everyone is very client centered. My sales associate Tim C texted me about everything going forward. No hard selling, which I abhor. Nice, kind, respectful soft sell. I was ill for a few days and could not pick up my car.
