"BMW X3 Oil Service" Very professional from greeting to departure. Did only what I asked and did not try to sell me on other services. On completion of service provided me with a verbal status and personally walked me to my car.

"Quick easy and complete " Great service and easy processing this is the second time I have had to bring my car in for service in the last two months . The dealership is easy however I am concerned the brand is not what it used to be. Next purchase maynot be Bmw

"Carlos is great!" My second service experience was, thanks to Carlos, excellent. He is easy to work with, understood the service issue immediately and sent me off in a rental car while the job was completed a few hours later as promised. Will request him whenever I need help.
