"Excellent service" Oil changed and car washed. Excellent. Worked with Naycolle on a new lease. She is the best. Derek was excellent in the service department also.

"4th vehicle i've purchased from them...5 stars all the way" Everyone, from the frond desk receptionists, to the sales people, including Eddie Cintron, General Manager Emilio Torres and owner Victor are all first class people. "fast. thorough. They did exceptional" Derek my consultant took care of everything including a small dent that was covered with our warranty we added-on. He communicated well with me when they found a small issue (covered) that needed a small amount of additional time. Happy with the visit and they were ready for me in the morning asa planned.

"Loved Luis, horrible financing manager" Luis was awesome and took great care of us. He got the deal we wanted and stayed in constant contact. The finance manager did not listen at all, had us waiting for over an hour, and was SO salesy! We clearly communicated that we did not want any of their warranties, were exhausted, and our kids were hungry, and he still went through ever option in depth. Not cool. "Extraordinary Customer Service Again& Again" Fernando, the service manage was not only expeditious in his diagnosis and repair, but he was also very courteous. Unfortunately, I also had some issues with my Bluetooth connectivity. Lol and behold, Andrew and Antoinette who specialize in assisting customers with all the interior capabilities of BMW vehicles, simply showed me the appropriate sequence to connect my new phone and pandora music to my system with a new passcode. "Painless experience" I went there to look at an x3, but really wanted a Porsche Macan. Lisa Valle,Our sales consultant realized this and showed us a very clean 2017. She was very helpful in putting the deal together and fighting for my trade value. I recommend her for your next car purchase. She made the process smooth but she was quite thorough making sure all phases were covered.

"70k mile oil change " Changed my oil in time promised, and provided a reasonable estimate for some minor work replacing dried out windshield gasket. Maria was very pleasant to work with.
