"Regularly scheduled maintenance." I had to have routine maintenance performed on my vehicle. It was determined, upon inspection by service personal, that my tires were badly worn. It was apparent that the routine maintenance was turning out to be quite expensive. My advisor, Fernando was able to get the cost of the oil change, filter and tires down quite a bit. Although still expensive, it wasn't as bad as it could have been. Thanks Fernando.

"BMW of Sarasota service" Expensive (expected) but first class. Attention to detail, including that of the customer's comfort, was noticed throughout the experience. The additional courtesy inspection serves two purposes... an upsale tool for the dealership, but also uncovers possible mechanical issues of which the customer may not have been aware.
