"Excellent service" Derek was very pleasant, helpful and to the point. He went out of his way to make sure that I was completely satisfied. I also want to add that I had submitted an e-mail to the dealership to set up an appointment but I did not receive a response from the dealership. (This has nothing to do with Derek).

"Really did a good job " This was a very different experience from the past two times I have used the service department. I was more than pleased. The staff there is ALWAYS helpful and caring, the service repair has been a little off in the past but this time they ordered my parts and stayed on everything that need to be done.

"Too Notch 5 star experience" BMW of Sarasota is the example of what a luxury dealership experience should look and feel like. Carlos was a fantastic service manager! They will be losing an extremely valuable asset if he decides to leave. That level of quality customer service is not easy to come by.
