"Emergency Service of my Z4" Hi, I want to start by saying Thank You for such prompt service in helping me out with my dead battery. I had just arrived for the winter to find that my battery had died and I couldn’t get into my car to open the trunk to access the battery. Your guys went above and beyond and came out to me. They had to charge the existing battery for about 10 minutes before they were able to jump start it.
