"Service and purchase" I always enjoy dealing with Carlos for service on my 750ix and 335ci. He is knowledgeable, personable and gets things done. While visiting with him I discussed replacing my 2008 335ci. He was most helpful and introduced me to Lisa Valle, a sales associate . She asked the right questions that led me to decide on a 330i that really fit my needs.

"Received prompt attention and service! " Had an issue with fumes coming inside the car! Brought it in for a check up! A loaner car was provided for me! The problem got resolved including a new battery!

"Good but not great" Upon arrival we were greeted but not told where to go next. It took several minutes and a trip inside and asking questions for us to learn that we were supposed to go to class the check in desk. After doing this we went inside and waited 15 to 20 minutes for the service advisor. Service advisor Lewis Mention was great. Personable, knowledgeable and professional. Explained everything quite well

"Top Notch " Tatiana Was so very helpful with all aspects of the purchase of my new BMW especially with helping me figure out the gesture set up in the car she even told me if I have absolutely any questions about all the cool features I can call her regardless of the time because her job isn’t done when you leave the lot it’s just the beginning. Her customers become a part of her family. Highly recommended
