"Outstanding. A new experience. " My entire service experience was outstanding. Both the check in process and my interaction with my service rep were outstanding. My service rep explained the service process to me during our initial conversation and then she updated after the service was completed but before the car was ready. Finally, when my car was ready she accompanied me to my vehicle and removed the paper floor mat and hanging tag before I got in it. Outstanding customer service. Thank you.

"Great service" I recently had a check engine light go on. My car only has 11K miles. It was leased from a dealer up north, so I made an appointment at BMW in Sarasota. They treated me wonderfully, gave me a loaner, and my car was perfect when I picked it up the next day. Special thanks to Derek Thomas, assistant service manager who handled my problem with finesse
