"Hopefully good review when work completed! " Brought car in for a new tire. Parts dept. discovered tire they were to use was defective so work was not done and I had to return to get my car with no work done (except car wash!), order and pay for new tire and reschedule 4 days later. Fernando was personal and very apologetic regarding the error. He has made sure I was scheduled as soon as the tire comes in, scheduled an appt. with Maria for my service day, introduced me to Maria, and even gave me a break on my alignment fee.... read more

"Efficient and Professional" Our new car was delivered with a minor scratch on the deck lid. BMW has a professional relationship with a company called 2Zero on Clark Road in Sarasota, They picked up the auto completely refinished the trunk lid to new condition and returned it to the dealership in Factory new condition.

"Great Service!" Took my car for maintenance service for the first time and my service advisor Lewis Mention was very attentive and profesional. I mentioned him that I had an appointment that I couldn’t miss and my car was not going to be ready, he immediately offer to call me an Uber at the company expense or a loaner for the rest of the day until my car was ready. He call me when the car was ready and at the moment I remembered that one of the car charger adapters was not working and he took care of it. I am very satisfied... read more

"Initial contact with BMW was frustrating.Service was great." The reception desk either did not answer after a few calls I was put thru to service. Call was dropped. On my next Call Tiffany got things moving to the right people.
