"Excellent service manager" Carlos was very professional and attentive...he ensured the repairs I needed were performed correctly...I wish everyone who needed service at BMW of Sarasota were able to work with Carlos or his clone.

"outstanding salesman, excellent experience overall" Our salesman, Mr. Hojnacki, is exceptionally knowledgable about the BMW lineup and options, offers genuinely helpful buying advice, follows up promptly on questions and other matters, and is delightful to deal with. He is by far the best auto salesman I've dealt with in my many decades on the planet.

"An Easy CPO Sale" We were looking to replace a 2011 BMW with something newer with less miles. I visited the dealer twice before deciding on a CPO vehicle. Two more visits for a test drive and some negotiating on price and we were done. The salesman and sales manager say they do not negotiate the price of the new car but there is plenty to negotiate on the trade in, options and accessories on the purchased car. Overall we are happy with the experience and the price.

"Great service" BMW of Sarasota has always provided great service to my cars. Quick turnaround and you can wait in the showroom or get a loaner. Would recommend them to keep your BMW running great!

"Great customer service" The customer greeting check in desk feels like they know what they are doing and care now days. Last year it was a different story, it was painful checking in. Now they are ery professional. Carlos is GREAT. Really feels like he cares; is very customer service oriented. it’s very nice to see.

"BMW X5 service & repairs" We bought an CPO X5 diesel a few years back that I use on my I4 commute... The sales team is phenomenal, and were very help in helping me find the right X5 with options I wanted and a year later with my wife helping her choosing which car fits her best. I never felt pressure or hurried into buying something. By far the best experience.
