""I feel Lucky I got Carlos"to service my BMW!." BMW, I have been a former client years ago. My service manager was Eric back then,.. Now I have Carlos! He is very dedicated, hard working and goes out of his way to get it done and on time if he can. I feel his team has let him down a few times but he makes up for it and makes it right!
