"Prompt No-hassle Service" I'm new to the area and when I received a recall notice on Saturday for the airbag, I called on Monday to set up the appointment. I was given an appointment the next day. Pleasant surprise ! There was a little door part that needed attention and that was taken care of also.

"Periodic Service" Great service from the start Being met by Johnny S at the door and meeting Jessica. Even though I was about 20 minutes early they took me right in. Completed my service work, fluids, filters, inspection, and a wash all within the scheduled 2.5 hours. Besides the friendly staff and great service BMW of Sarasota is pet friendly> I had my two retired Greyhound with me and they were accommodated with no problems.
