"Great service" The only thing I was not happy with is bmw was out of loaner cars and they did pay for a rental but the rental had been smoked in and with me being a none smoker I can always tell. had a headache every time I drove the vehicle. Not a good feeling.

"10/10 would recommend to anyone" Jonatan was an awesome sales representative and Sequoia was a great sales manager. They were very reasonable, patient, and very understanding of my situation. "Customer Satisfaction at its Best" I recently brought my car in for annual service. My appointment was for 7:30a on a busy Friday morning. I arrived at 7:30a and was greeted by my my technician, Lewis at 7:35a!!. Lewis sat with me and reviewed everything included in the service visit and asked if there was anything else they could do during the visit! "A rocky start, but a good ending" I came in specifically for a recall and subsequently a check engine light came on. I think Fernando was overwhelmed that morning and forgot that I wanted a loaner if the repair would be at least 2 hrs. I actually spent 4 hrs there - ps: you could crank the air-conditioning down a bit. He did find me after 2 1/2 hrs to show me why the light was going on and that the computer found that I needed a new battery. Funny that it didn't also find what it found last February . . . "Everything went very smoothly. No Issues" Every was very helpful and very nice. Fernando answered all my questions and called me to let status of getting the work completed. The work on the car (oil change and safety recall) was completed in the time expected and it was done correctly.
