"Patient and respectful " Patient and respectful.... retired military man needed a cup coffee some pacing around the office but Lisa and company took care of me until well after 2200.

"Exceptional experience " I’ve been fortunate to own many cars throughout my life, many very similar in price and luxury. However what sets BMW apart, at least to me , is the responsiveness and feel of the car. Above and beyond the drive is the exceptional experience I receive while at the Sarasota dealership. In all honesty the reason I’m a loyal and repeat customer is because of Emilio and the introduction to his team of Jack , Abby, and Tim Chestnut the Service Genius. "Outstanding Service" My recent experience with the service department was outstanding. From the cheery greeter, to comfy waiting room, to the professional and knowledgeable service rep Fernando .... outstanding. "Check on my tires" Carlos Munoz gave me an appointment via text to have the alignment and balance checked on my tires. The problem was corrected. Then, Carlos told me that the technition noticed a clicking noise in the steering wheel. I’m having that checked. Thank you Carlos and the technition.

"Once that I achieved contact service was excellent " Had trouble originally contacting service department, tried phoning and got busy signals ( numerous attempts were made over a period of time), tried online chat and was promised that I would be contacted shortly, was never contacted. Once vehicle got to service centre I received excellent service.

"Excellent! " Naycolle did an excellent job! She was very patient and keep very good communication. Very good sale agent. Caz was very receptive and willing to help as well. During the process my old car had service and Valentina was very approachable and facilited the services in a very efficient way. Again, of this current experience, Naycolle was the star.
