"I have a problem with a two-hour service and no loaner car." It seamed like every person I spoke to pointed fingers to another person to take care of my appointment. When your service check-in person was away from their post, everyone was kept wondering if and when someone would return. That seemed mis-managed, especially when you have a line of people to be checked in.

"Perfect staff! Jessica is the best!" Recently I needed service from the local and roadside crew, as well as car rental help. Everyone was fabulous. Even Zack who takes incoming calls. Jessica is the best service rep I've ever had at BMW of Sarasota!

"Expensive but very professional" Very good service. Labor costs were 65% of my final bill but the technicians were very knowledgeable. Finance was a little bumpy; apparently they put a "limit" on credit card use and it took 20 min. to verify my check. The Finance Manager was nowhere to be found.

"Maria: Top Of The Mark" From the entrance where you are greeted by John to the sign in sheet is professional & smooth. Maria introduced me to the service manager Chong who rode with me to diagnose the problem, found it & offered the solution. Maria then took over fixed the problem, and I was on my way.
