"Oil change + spark plugs + tire rotation " Went in for an oil change when my service advisor recommended changing out my spark plugs along with doing a tire rotation. She was able to get me in and out.

"Pleasantly Surprised " Received notice for recall, never been to service center but the whole process was so easy from entering the area, checking vehicle in to picking up vehicle. Was delighted by the level of service I received.

"Efficient and Easy" The hardest paret was deciding what car and options I wanted. Once I decided, they found the car, got ot to Sarasota and got me through the purchase process easy as could be. Spent minimum time in the dealership - a lot of the usual stuff was handled via phone and email;.

"Great Service!" Great service team starting with Seth Rogers, my service advisor. Seth is very friendly and professional. He makes getting my car serviced a pleasure. The service tech was very friendly and helpful. The service and customer care that I receive through Seth is outstanding.
