"Unscheduled visit" Maria and Greg really saved me an my family not only with a last minute fix for an electrical issue before leaving town, but provided excellent customer service by competing future maintenance issues in which I would have had to come back.

"Service" Carlos was great to work with I don’t normally fill these things out but he did a great job. Asking me to write more is really pushing my buttons.
"Service A+/5 star Loaner Process B/3 Star" Seth Rodgers (should be listed below) did an A+ job which included reserving a loaner. The loaner desk took almost 45 minutes at 9AM with no one else waiting to provide a “reserved” car. The young man behind the desk said he needed to “find” the car and see if ready. Shouldn’t this be info obtained when service opens at 7AM

"Doesn't get any better" Received service coupons via email. Wow! Great deals. I couldn't even take my BMW to the local mechanic and get these prices. Why take the chance with some one who does not have the latest technical updates and education on these sophisticated machines. Always greated cheerfully with a short wait for the service writer. Mean time enjoying a cup of coffe, cookie and watching the latest news while perusing the newspaper. Maria was a real pleasure.
