"Excellent service!" Fernando and his team are always 5 stars in my book. I love my BMW and it looked Brand new after they washed it. It just needed an oil change and they alerted me when I was ready to come in. I love 1st class and this service center is truly 1st class!!

"Exceeded my expactations" Appointment was scheduled, when convenient for me. Greeted immediately and Seth, my service advisor explained everything in detail. Loaner car was available and it was nice that Seth started the paperwork. I was handed keys after a very short wait. Car was ready when promised and again Seth explained services performed and the invoice, took payment on the spot and I was on my way in a perfectly serviced & cleaned car. Thank you! Silke Weiss

"Great Service" Took my vehicle in for recall. Fernando did an excellent job of getting me a rental car, since it was going to take most of the day. Came back to pick up my car the next morning and he had it there within minutes, and I was on my way.
