"Professionalism and efficiency" I worked with Carlos, the car was in for maintenance - he kept us informed of the progress. When it turned out that they needed to order a car he quickly arranged for a loaner so we would not be inconvenienced. I've dealt with him on other visits and he continues to show consummate professionalism.
