"Service with a smile" From start to finish, my latest experience at BMW was a good one. First, my service call was taken care of quickly. Secondly, my service representative Louis introduced me to a delightful and very skilled sales representative NayCole who walked me through a wonderful selection of new and certified BMWs. Finally, the close of my sale was explained completely. I am very happy with my new X3.
