"Efficient, friendly service" Engine light warning was quickly diagnosed as nothing major and it was corrected. Also did software updates. Very friendly, efficient service from the beginning to the end.

"Positive but expensive" BMW of Sarasota has excellent service representatives and mechanics. However, my newer BMW just went past its warranty period and now has required two expensive services in the last three months, a bit earlier than I expected. I have been taking my BMWs primarily to this dealership for service for the past 16 years, and purchased my most recent BMW there (2015).

"Jessica Caycedo " Jessica Caycedo was extremely helpful. I showed up without an appointment because my “service engine soon” light came on. I was very anxious because I was moving to New York and had to drive there the next day. Jessica resolved the problem (a leaky fuel pump) and had me on my way that afternoon. Thanks Jessica.
